We came into existence as a choir for male voices in 2006, the aim being to develop a suitable repertoire, to be performed to the highest possible standards.
The choir membership now nears thirty. New members are always welcome, so that we can aspire to even greater heights.
Membership of the choir is not linked to any particular area of Dublin. Rehearsals were first held in the music room at the rere of St Andrew’s Church, Westland Row. At present, we meet weekly in the Community Centre at the Church of the Three Patrons, Rathgar. We are grateful to both parishes for their support and accommodation. Our rehearsals are held in a spirit of hard work and cordial conviviality amounting to a pleasant social evening.
Each year we aim to enter a choral festival competition, perform at three concerts as well as doing impromtu events as the invitations arise. We are also proud to sing at funeral services for members and their families.
